Our solutions to meet your needs

At Supply Side West, we invite you to come and talk about our Pronativ® native protein range. It consists of a native micellar casein and a native whey protein. These native proteins are extracted from milk by a low temperature filtration process. This technique preserves the quality of the proteins in order to offer you highly nutritional and functional ingredients.

  • Pronativ® – Native Micellar Casein: this casein is a neutral pH protein and is heat stable which allows it to be used in UHT beverages (such as RTD drinks). It can also be used in protein-enriched puddings due to its functional properties.
  • Pronativ® – Native Whey Protein: thanks to its functional properties this protein is formulated in clear drinks for example. It can be added to native micellar casein to improve the texture of yogurts.
