The 28th edition of FIC will be held in Shanghai from March 17 to 19 at the Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC). With nearly 1,500 exhibitors and over 80,000 visitors from the food industry in 2024, FIC is one of the world’s leading trade shows for food additives and ingredients.

The three-day event also features a series of conferences and technical seminars covering the latest trends and developments in food science and technology.
